When preparing to move back to San Diego (we had a 15-month-old and one on the way), we reached out to Alanna, and she made us feel like buying was not out of our reach! She and her team worked around the clock for us, providing extremely thorough virtual walk-throughs (based on our circumstances, we were unable to take trips back to San Diego to view homes) and the best advice possible when it came to securing the best rate and loan. We ended up buying our home in Talmadge with Alanna sight unseen and could not have been happier. She knows what she’s talking about with VA loans, thanks to her we were able to use our VA loan and receive a refund of our fee. I could not recommend Alanna and her team more. We have been in our beautiful home for over a year now, and we could not be more ecstatic. She is the best of the best and unmatched when it comes to military specialists.
